Regardless of their size, churches and religious institutions are complex organizations because they usually have several staff members and perform many activities each week. Thus, a managing software would be very useful for those organizations. Church Scheduler is such a program. It has been designed having in mind the needs of churches and religious organizations. It has a very intuitive interface which is really easy to use. From the main interface, you can add new events just by choosing the date and hour, right-clicking the corresponding line of the scheduler, and choosing the "Add new event" on the menu. You can specify the type of event and add those members of the staff that will be working on that event. The program lets you add the relevant information about each member of the staff. It also displays an animated image next to the name of the member, so you can identify easily the role of the member. For example, if the member is a priest, an image of a priest will appear next to his name, thus making it easier to assign the right duties to him. Another good feature is the possibility of importing and exporting data from and to MS Outlook and to print the reports you need. Thus, the program will be very useful for any religious organization.
The shareware version is fully-functional for 14 days and shows a "nag screen" everytime you launch the program. To get rid of these limitations, you will need to purchase a license.
